Making horses healthy.

Holly Jacks-Smither

Holly Jacks-Smither is a BC native who moved to Ontario and has worked with notable international riders competing and training horses before starting her riding and training business in 2006.

Since then, Holly has been to 2 Nations Cups (Aachen and Great Meadows) to represent Canada. In 2015, she was long-listed for the Pan Am Games in Toronto, Canada, and was shortlisted for the 2016 Olympic games in Rio De Janeiro.

Her long-time partner is ‘More Inspiration’, aka Morris, who she developed herself through the levels from fresh off the track up to the 5* level. Morris has proven himself to be a competitive 5* horse.

Most recently, Holly and Morris competed at the 5* in Pau, France, and were the only horse and rider team representing North America. They finished 12th out of 40 entries in the 5* division against some of the world’s top horse and rider combinations.

In addition to being an accomplished Canadian rider at the international level, Holly runs a successful coaching program. Her students range in age and ability levels, from beginners up to the 3* level and including riders who were on the bronze medal team at the North American Young Riders Championships.
